Cancellation Policy

When booking a service at Monet Spa that is an hour or more of service time, Monet Spa cancellation policy requires a credit card number or gift certificate to hold your reservation. In order for us to provide all of our clients with the highest quality service, Monet Spa asks that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment.  Failure to do so will result in a 100% late cancellation charge. Monet spa asks that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment with us to fill out the appropriate forms and any other preparation that may be needed before your appointment. Clients that arrive for their service(s) late will be accommodated as best as possible; however, your service may be altered due to starting the service late. Monet spa reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price when accommodating late clients.  The reservation of an appointment indicates that Monet Spa has reserved the service time for you and therefore have had to decline other customer offers for that particular service time at the spa.
